We were truly pleased with our stay. We stayed in the Caribe Tower - clearly superior to the Royal Tower. The staff was accomodating and pleasant. The room was modern, clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The food was plentiful and of good quality. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

A Fantastic experience at an all inclusive resort hotel. Arrival, Guest Representative Service, Personal Attention, Housekeeping, Facility, Restaurants and Bars, Entertainment, Beach Life Guards, Departure all get a” Happy Face” (100%+) excellent mark for making our 7 days (November 14 to 21, 2007) vacation a success. We were treated like royalty; the friendliness and professionalism of the stuff was impeccable. We just returned today from a fabulous vacation at the Royal Solaris in Cancun. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The whole staff was so helpful and nice. The animation team was great!

The beach is amazing, the pools are fantastik and to top it all, the food is absolutely delicious!
The shows every evening were so professionnal, I could not believe that it was included in our package!

What I liked the most is that there is something for everyone, quiet area or "animated" area.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Just hoped that we could have stayed longer. The only thing that was missing was that there was no mini-fridge in the room.

Wow!!!! The new beach (after Wilma) Wow!! Blu, waves, white sand wow! The food at the a la carte restaurant (Marco Polo) was very good. The best lobster I have eaten in my life. The staff was kind in the restaurant. The room is ok, a little bit lound but...If you want the best vac of your life for a beach....Cancun is the place. I know what Im talking about I have been in many places in the Carabeen and Cancun....Wow!

Our experience at the GR Solaris was exellent!! The staff all around was phenomenal, they welcome us upon arrival with a smile and a welcome drink during the check in, wich was a great thing afther a long flight we had, the check in was pretty fast; after we receive our all inclusive band, the concierge explained all the important things we needed to know about the hotel and places to go. the rest of our stay was lovely, our room was all clean and ready afther we came back from the beach every day, our maid name Esperanza was so sweet and hard worker, just like everyone, mexicans are very funny and full of energy, the staff by the pool organize activities where you have fun and meet other nice people from other places, we are planning to go back there and meet with two other couples we meet there, i can´t wait to go back!!!!

Royal Solaris really is the best all inclusive for families - both young and older. Actually, I think its one of the happiest* resorts in Cabo and have been fortunate to stay in many different properties here. Royal Solaris is the only all inclusive with its own theatre and the shows are all very very good. The entertainment staff take excellent care of the guests both day and night and the organized activities can be fun or very energetic. For those who prefer to sit quietly near the pool and read - theres a separat "quiet" beachfront pool away from the main activity. * I used the word happiest because I have stayed there many times and have found that they have an unusually low staff turnover. The employees are happy and thus eager to please their guests. Loved it!

Just returned from a week in one of the best vacation ever. I have read reviews for months and know that each visitor has different ideas of a perfect vacation. You will not go hungry and there will be something for every taste. The liquor flows and I was happy to find Jim Beam, J&B and Barcardi, so the options are open for something beside the beach drinks and adult "milkshakes". The entertainment staff made the pool side activities enjoyable. They work many hours as they also do the evening shows. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted and given a smile from all who passed by.

My wife and I spent a week at the GRSolaris and could not have hade a better time. What a GREAT Hotel you have there. Actually it's more than a hotel. The food was Great. The activities on and around the pools were a lot of fun. The Nightly entertainment was exceptional. The people you have working there, from our room cleaning lady to the Hotel Managers, Made us feel extremely welcome. We were never left wanting. GREAT JOB. We will recomend you to everybody we know.

My family just returned from a 4 night stay at the Royal Solaris. We had a fabulous, memorable time. The gals that were around the kids club when my girls were there (Dora and Veronica) were angels. They greeted my kids by names and always had hugs and kisses for them. The look of wonder on my kids' faces to be greeted by the performers in such a way after a show was priceless. The workers from the main events to the people simply serving you drinks around the pool were so friendly, attentive and top-notch. I had read that the hotel was noisy, and we all disagree with that. The pool area was tame, and we were not disturbed by any noise in our room. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to others and will likely return ourselves. We enjoyed a trip we will be talking about for a long time. FANTASTIC!
