Terms and conditions

By accepting this special offer, all adults whose names appear on the reservation form agree to attend and complete a 90-minute entertaining and informative preview of the Club Solaris benefits and tour of the facilities one of the days that you are here. For married couples BOTH HUSBAND AND WIFE and Cohabitating parties MUST ATTEND THE PRESENTATION TOGETHER. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions or submitting false information for qualification purposes, same as attending to any additional presentation offer prior and after ours, will result in an extra charge of the 40% more from the total of the nightly rate of your reservation, plus reservation commissions and charges.

To qualify for this promotion you:

• Must be American, Canadian (except Quebec), Mexico or UK Citizens and Residents
• Married Couples or cohabitating at least for 24 months or Single Woman (Cohabitating couples must present an ID with the same address each).
• 30 to 70 years of age; single woman & Mexican Residents over 35 years old.
• Annual combined income of US $60,000 dollars for US Residents & $30,000 pounds for UK Residents; monthly income of $60,000 pesos for Mexicans.
