John & Margaret August 27th, 2007We had high expectations before we arrived at the Royal Solaris Cancun but what we experianced was way beyond what we could have even dreamed. All the staff was happy and friendly. Everything in the complex was always clean and being cleaned. The beach area incredible. The pool area alway a blast. The food all the way from the buffet, fine dining and pool snack bar exceptional. For those who complain, they couldn't have gone where we went because we had no negative experiance what-so-ever. From check-in to check-out, every minute of all eleven days was excellent.
